Order Changes and Cancellations:
If you wish to initiate a return, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your product. You can reach us at hello@houseofenke.com or log into your account. There is a nominal return charge of Rs. 147 in case you want to exchange or return the product.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
In the unfortunate event that the product you received is damaged or incorrect, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. We request you to let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that clearance sale items or products purchased during limited-time discounts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
